The IHR are an instrument of international law that is legally-binding on 196 countries, including the 194 WHO Member States. The IHR  grew out of the response to  deadly epidemics that once overran Europe. They create rights and obligations for countries, including the requirement to report public health events. The Regulations also  outline the criteria to determine whether or not a particular event constitutes a  “public health emergency of international concern”.

WHO, GAVI, IHR links and the lockdown in Australia.

‘‘How did the WHO and corporations convince the global community that there is a ‘pandemic’ (or even the possibilility of a pandemic) when there is clearly no change in their own countries?

The ‘Emperor’s new clothes’ of pandemics. This situation was possible because the World Health Organisation (WHO) is no longer an organisation that makes health decisions based on objective scientific evidence.

The WHO is the front organisation for the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation (GAVI). This is an advisory group that includes the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the Federation of Pharmaceutical Companies, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and many other private-public partnerships. This group does not provide objective science that is in the public’s best interest. It is a group that promotes corporate interests in government policies and global economic markets.

When I provided evidence of this fact through my university research in 2016 the Australian media presented me as a ‘conspiracy theorist’. I was not given the right to reply in the media and since 2010 the vaccination debate has been censored in the mainstream Australian media (And my presentation at this conference). This occurred as our technocratic government introduced 12-16 mandatory vaccines for social services.

Through the WHO’s International Health Regulations (guided by the GAVI alliance) all countries, regardless of their public health needs, have been required to sign up to a set of actions that they will take if the WHO declares a ‘pandemic’. These are sleeping contracts that include a Biosecurity Act that legislates forced vaccination in many countries if a vaccine is produced.

In other words, WHO member countries have signed away their sovereignty (power) to act in their citizens’ best interest by signing up to the International Health Regulations (IHR). These sleeping contracts with all WHO member countries allow the World Bank and International Monetary Fund to use mathematical modelling performed by the pharmaceutical companies to predict a global ‘pandemic’ of an infectious disease. This modelling uses hidden assumptions about risk and benefit of vaccines and infectious diseases to promote a ‘hypothetical global pandemic’.

This is not an actual ‘pandemic’ but a manufactured pandemic created by changing the definition of a ‘pandemic’. and using mathematical modelling with hidden parameters. At worst there is an outbreak of a “new virus” that we will observe spread to all countries because the WHO and corporations are identifying and monitoring it. This happens every year with hundreds of new virus mutations and we never hear about it because they do not set up surveillance stations and publicise every non-serious case of these infections.

But this year the media is monitoring and promoting the deaths to this specific respiratory virus in many countries (Italy, France, Iran, China) with many new surveillance stations and tests in order to create fear about this “new” virus. This statistic of notifications of ‘infections’ is being provided to the public without information on the context of the deaths and illnesses in these countries. That is, public health infrastructure, co-morbidity in these serious cases, deaths in each demographic to all respiratory viruses and overall statistics on respiratory deaths from year to year – how does 2020 compare?

This information is critical to knowledge about the risk of this new virus because the virulence of any virus is determined by the countries public health infrastructure and host characteristics. This is why a global pandemic cannot be predicted on statistical modelling. A prediction of a ‘global pandemic’ assumes similar environmental and human host characteristics in every country and this contradicts the known science of controlling infectious diseases.

The media is promoting this predicted ‘pandemic’ to the public on faulty science to make citizens fearful of these diseases. The public has become fearful of these diseases even though they are not seeing ANY deaths and illnesses in their own communities. That is NOT a pandemic it is the ‘Emperor’s new clothes’ of ‘pandemics’.

There has been no change in any risk of disease in developed countries but because the media and governments are publicising every case where the COVID 19 virus is identified (even when there are no or only mild symptoms) then you can give the appearance of an increase in a ‘disease’ even though you are only presenting notifications of infection – not actual disease or even serious disease / death. It is well known to scientists/ doctors that corona viruses cause the common cold and the media is misleading the public about the risk – even if it is a new strain.

These notifications (not cases of disease) are even more effective in enhancing the appearance of a “new” disease if you publicise the infections that are identified in celebrities and politicians. Governments of all countries have been instructed to publicise every suspected case of the “new virus” even though it is well established that the human immune system adapts to new mutated viruses every year.

Good public health infrastructure prevents any new virus from being virulent to humans and this is how infectious diseases have been controlled.

For the last 30 years the GAVI alliance with the cooperation of the media have been providing faulty science (and through the education system) to claim that vaccines are needed to prevent pandemics.

There is no evidence of this in history and there is no evidence YET that this is a global pandemic but human rights have already been removed and the public is accepting this because it is being framed to be “for your own good”.

This is an excuse by the GAVI alliance to condition the global community into severe measures such as “social distancing” (through media propaganda campaigns not true evidence of risk) and forced vaccination.

Individual governments no longer have the power to make decisions that are in the citizens’ best interests and when a COVID19 vaccine is on the market the police state will be in force (lockdown is occurring in all countries now) to ensure that vaccines can be forced on those who are educated and have chosen not to use the vaccine in the interests of their health and the interests of the health of the community.

Over the last 30 years the GAVI alliance through the WHO has influenced the education systems of doctors in all countries to claim that vaccines are needed to control infectious diseases and this claim is being used to remove our most fundamental human rights:

1) to decide what is injected into our own bodies

2) to participate in society without pharmaceutical products such as vaccines

Now is the time to challenge your government to provide the evidence they are using to enforce a lockdown (police state) in your country. The armies of all countries will soon be on the streets to prevent opposition to these laws that have NOT been made by your own government. In my opinion this means that the public is not bound by these laws because they have been made by the GAVI alliance that includes the Federation of Pharmaceutical companies.

The native title act of 1993 attempts to draw the Sovereign Tribes under Admilatry law by getting the tribes to contract with them for the use of their lands (Indigenous Land Use Agreements) instead of Australia breaking off and becoming a common law republic and independent sovereign state. However, there was no informed consent to the process as they did not fully inform the people what it meant to sign the native title contract and peace accord with the government (what the so called Magnificent 7 did-sellout crew).

Therefore the tribes can declare the native title act 1993 null and void and demand the government operate under common law jurisdiction and form a lawful sovereign nation state in accordance with the will of the sovereign tribes and under the lawful rights and protection of the Pacific Islander act 1875.

With this diagram in mind there is an understanding that the only way to be truly sovereign nation is to have a currency outside what they call the current financial system ‘the Kings currency’ which is controlled by them the sovereign triad shown on the diagram. It’s as simple as a Sovereign Peoples deserve sovereign currency and not a debt based currency of lending off the world bankers and paying them back with interest to use a currency for trading.

The elite global bankers seek to control the money of the nations so they can control the people of the nations by feathering the nest of sell out politicans that will create laws to protect the rich, greedy and racist people in society.
