Andrew Forrest marks land mass the size of Portugal in Western Australia for ‘exploration’
About 91,650 square kilometres of mining exploration licences, close to proposed hydrogen and renewable energy projects, have been applied for by billionaire Andrew Forrest’s company Fortescue or one of its subsidiaries in the Gascoyne, Pilbara and Kimberley regions this year.
Mining licence applications are being made in an environment where there is no freehold land to snap up for projects as WA’s Labor government, which controls both houses of Parliament, explores tenure options and potential legislative changes to enable large-scale renewable infrastructure.
Hydrogen Industry Minister Alannah MacTiernan said many hydrogen projects would require significant amounts of land but pastoral leases, which cover Crown land, occupied most suitable sites.
She said the pathway proponents currently took to progress projects was to access a Section 91 licence under the state’s Land Administration Act, allowing industry to undertake solar and wind studies which could underpin investment decisions.
“If Native Title is determined over the site, we expect the application for a license to be supported by a letter of consent from the Native Title holders and support from other interest holders, including pastoralists,” Ms MacTiernan said.
From a Section 91 licence a project could move to a Section 79 exclusive lease if it had proof of viability together with an Indigenous Land User Agreement.
The Asian Renewable Energy Hub has exclusive lease rights for its project while Province recently received a Section 91 licence for a 100 square kilometre area north of Carnarvon.

The combination of the Minderoo foundation’s “philanthropic” proliferation of experimental gene therapy, their ‘exploration’ of Australian sacred lands for the purpose of mining and the rounding up of indigenous Australians for jabs is terrifying. The guise of “saving lives” is wearing thin, but they’ll certainly never admit to murdering the traditional owners to profit from mining their lands. At the very least, in ‘their’ language, could that not be seen as a conflict of interest?
Every time we hear the word ‘philanthropic’ we should know by now what it really means!
I wish the people could see that the jabs are deadly. I worry that it will be too late before they work out that nothing has changed; governments and philanthropists cannot be trusted, not ever.

Natural person –

Lawful and Legal
What is legal is of “form”, what is lawful is of “substance” (Blacks Law 1st Edition).
That which is legal has been formed by man. A legal entity has been formed by man.
That which is lawful is of substance/essence and is a creation of God. A lawful man is of substance/essence.

What is legal is of “form”… therefore a “legal entity” is an entity of form.
Since “any human being who as such is a legal entity”, a human being is of form as well.

Form. The antithesis of substance; the appearance or superficial aspect rather than the substance or the essence. (Ballentine’s Legal Dictionary 3rd Edition).
Natural Person = human being = legal entity
Legal entities are a conception of man; they are known in legalese as legal fictions.
The creation of a civil or legal person out of a thing, the investure of a chattel with toga civillis, may be an achievement of the imperial power, but it is beyond the compass of an American congress. Congress must first emancipate the slave, before it can endow him with the rights of a citizen under the constitution, or impose upon him the responsibilities of a legal person, or compel him to pay money, or part with liberty. The creation of a legal person also creates responsibilities and liabilities for this new legal person… responsibilities and liabilities due to a nation/country, which is also a legal entity.
Legal is defined as”the “undoing of God’s law” (1893 Dictionary of Arts and Sciences, Encyclopedia Britannica, a dictionary of arts, sciences and general literature / The R.S Peale 9th 1893).
James 4:12 There is one lawgiver, who can save and destroy: who art thou that judgest another.
Ecclesiastes 1:15 That which is crooked cannot be made straight: and that which is wanting cannot be numbered.
A fiction and a lie can never be a reality and a truth. That which is empty cannot be measured or counted.
A legal entity (human being) is of form, “the antithesis of substance” and therefore wanting (empty), and cannot be counted.
